Even though you are on holiday it is essential that you are conscious of your personal security while you travel. Generally it’s best to keep valuables such as your passport, credit cards, money and camera on you most of the time.

It is compulsory for all clients to be adequately covered with Cancellation and Curtailment travel insurance prior to their tour departure and we also strongly advise insurance against loss or damage to baggage, loss of personal money and travellers cheques.

Money belts, security pouches and the like a highly recommended.

Contiki does not accept responsibility for items that have been left behind at hotels and the like.

If there are areas or places on your tour where you should be particularly cautious, your Tour Manager will let you know what extra precautions you should take.
