The South Island of New Zealand boasts possibly the most magnificent scenery found on Earth! National Parks abound with majestic mountain peaks surrounded by icy blue glaciers and separated by ancient fjords that cut deep into the landscape leaving breathtaking waterways abundant with marine life.

The largest city is Christchurch, known as the lively English-style ‘garden city’ while the rugged West Coast provides a diverse landscape of sea, mountains and activities.

For fun and adrenaline, there’s nowhere like Queenstown, a ski resort in winter, yet year round its full of action as it’s become the unofficial adventure capital of the world!

The highlight however for many is a vist to the world famous Milford Sound while amazing mountains, lakes and glaciers round out this spectacular part of the world.
