snorkeling wearing stinger suits

by – Tash, Tour Manager, Australia and Europe

In the summer time, from about November till May, once you get past the tropic of Capricorn, you will find that when swimming, you will be offered unitards or ‘all in one’ lycra suits to wear. This is not a weird fashion statement but instead something to protect you during stinger season.
Stingers are like jelly fish and can leave a nasty sting. I would recommend wearing one. It will also protect you from the sun as it is UV protective as well
