One of the worlds most instantly recognisable cities, the harbour city of Sydney is Australia’s oldest and is home the the most famous icons of the country: The Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

These two amazing sights however are just the start of all there is to see and do in this busy, buzzing, cosmopolitan beach city of the East Coast of Australia.

Sydney is the Start/Finish point for many Australian Tours, and is a huge, sprawling city that is home to almost four and a half million Aussies.

Other Things to See and Do

Those who like to get high can take an elevator to the top of Sydney Tower, Sydney’s tallest building, for some great views of the city. For those who like to have a flutter, Star City Casino is open 24 hours while the weekends offer the opportunity to have a day out at the horse races at the one of Sydney’s Randwick or Rosehill horse racing tracks.
