taronga park zoo

Taronga Park Zoo (official site) is situated on one of the most scenic edges of Sydney Harbour. Not only is the zoo home to a great collection of animals from around the world, but it also home to over 4000 Australian animals. The largest section of the zoo is devoted to Australian animals like kangaroos, platypus, native birds, echidnas and, of course, koalas!

To get to the zoo take a ferry from Circular Quay to the zoo. You can save on entry if you purchase a Zoo Pass covering your entry and ferry ticket – available from the Sydney Ferry terminal (official site).

  3. May I just say what a comfort to find someone who truly knows what they’re discussing on the net. You actually understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important. A lot more people need to look at this and understand this side of the story. It’s surprising you aren’t more popular given that you surely have the gift.
