Vaccinations - South America
Last Updated: 26th May 2013
It is important to note that vaccination requirements can change and it is always best to speak to a travel doctor and/or to the consulates of the countries that you will visit for the most up-to-date information.
The yellow fever vaccination is recommended for those travelling to the Peruvian Amazon or those visiting Iguassu Falls. If you are in Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia or Colombia prior to travelling to Brazil it is required that you carry a yellow fever vaccination card with you.
