If you travel on a Time Out/Superior/Hotel Tour you have the choice of a Single, Twin or triple share room and prices are based on twin share – if you would like a single room there is an added cost while you can also get a discount if you choose triple share.

If you are travelling alone you will be shared up with same sex room mates by Contiki. If you are travelling with friends or your partner and want to share with them, let your travel agent or Contiki know at the time of booking.

If you are travelling as a couple and would like double beds, where they are available, it is best to let you travel agent know at the time of booking and then also let your Tour Manager know so they can try and organize this for you. It is important to know that not all hotels can provide double beds but your Tour Manager will do their best to get them when available.

Who you share with is one of the differences between tour styles offered by Contiki in Europe.

  1. this was very helpful. i want to travel with my husband and share a room even if its in a different bed cause there’s only singles. very comforting to know since I’ve not travelled much that he’ll be with me at night to keep me safe and talk about our day. :-)

  3. Your trusty travel agent will be able to tell you. Also, all of the earlybird discounts, savings and other offers are outlined in the Contiki Europe brochure. Also, DO NOT book flighs over the internet, you WILL get caught out.

  4. it is better for everybody to select sharing parteners with mutual consent among the sharees or to consider the ages and temperament so that everything goes smooth between them. Definitely your guide between the same sex is very thoutfol.
