All South American countries, with the exception of Ecuador have their own currency. Argentina has the Argentine Peso, Brazil the Real and Peru the Nuevo Sol. I went alone last summer (06). I met some wonderful people…I liked it so much, that I am going on the London + Paris trip next week (alone again).
The trolley tour of Boston, offered as an optional, is the best way to see the entire city. Take it at your own pace, but I would suggest stopping off at the USS Constitution and Fenway.
If your even thinking about the sailing option in the Whitsundays....DO IT! It’s AMAZING!! Contiki organizes the whole trip all you have to do is get ready to have an amazing 3 days! …Defiantly worth the money!
