What would the internet be without memes? A whole lot more boring, that’s what.

Today’s meme tip is [10] Guy, aka Really High Guy, aka Stoner Stanley. The meme apparently originated from an actual stoned dude; somebody took a photo of his buddy after smoking pot and this was the result.

After the image was shared on a forum somewhere, next thing you know old mate is a meme.

Basically the joke is how freakin’ high he looks – so the jokes usually make zero sense, and therein lies the comedy.
