– Alfie Allen, who plays the down on his luck and quite rightly so Theon Greyjoy, is the real life little brother of loud mouth and general annoyance Lily Allen.

– Jack Gleeson, who plays the nails down a chalkboard annoying character of King Joffrey, is Irish. He also started his career with a small role in 2005’s Batman Begins, playing a super cute lost little boy who gets rescued by Batman. Joffrey, take note from Batman.
– Brienne of Tarth hasn’t always been a sword wheeling giantess. Before GoT, the hugely talented Gwendoline Christie was a darling of the theatre. 10 – King Robert Baratheon used to be a stripper. The actor, Mark Addy, starred in The Full Monty (the fat guy who ate a Snickers bar whilst wrapped in cling film). He also played Mac in Christmas movie Jack Frost alongside one time Batman Michael Keaton, and Fred Flintstone in an epic fail Flintstone movie.
– Oona Chaplin, who played Robb Stark’s wife Talisa, is the granddaughter of Charlie Chaplin.
– Another famous family relation, Harry Lloyd who played Viserys Targaryen (him of the golden crown scene fame) is the great grandson of Charles Dickens!

– Robb Stark looked like this just a year before he landed his King of the North role:
– Natalia Tena, who plays the tamed wildling Osha, played Tonks in Harry Potter.
