Crave

Au Passage, Paris

France via Australia.

Aupassage-detail_full_for_exchange

If you’ve ever been to Melbourne, chances are you’ve heard of, or dined at, Cumulus. It’s a gorgeous dining room in the city that everybody raves about.

So, it makes sense that now everybody in Paris is raving about Au Passage, which is headed up by former Cutler bro, James Henry.

Henry is a Canberra-born chef who now lives in Paris and is chief-in-charge of Au Passage, a restaurant that is the perfect blend of swanky and laid-back, fancy and just plain good.

Situated in the 11th, it’s located in a great area; with plenty of other cafes and wine bars for you to drop into along the way. It’s visually gorgeous too – with a kind of rustic air that adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

And besides all of this, you’re in PARIS.

Au Passage is at 1b Passage Saint-Sébastien, 75011, Paris.
