Thank heavens for designers who are aware that some of us love the crap outta their attire, but don’t have the bank accounts to frock up all the time.
Australia’s Dion Lee has created a diffusion line called Line II that is the perfect step away from the label’s central line – a little more basic, but still with the same signature touches. For example, there are plenty of cut-out dresses (with cut-outs just saucy enough) lots of soft but sleek button-up shirts, and draped silk numbers.
Lee steps a very clever line between androgynous and ultra feminine, and we’re not really sure how – but we’re certainly not complaining.
Highlights in the collection are the silk pleated tunic, paneled shirts and the pastel spray-style jacket.
