Erykah Badu and Flying Lotus collaborate
‘See Thru 2 U’
The Dallas-born singer/songwriter/all ‘round artist has teamed up with her friend California-based producer Flying Lotus (aka Steve Ellinson) once again.
This time, instead of collaborating visually (like they did on Erykah Badu’s ‘Gone Baby Don’t Be Long’ video) this time the experimental duo has made a song together. And we wish they’d done it sooner, because ‘See Thru 2 U’ is magical.
The track is going to appear on FlyLo’s upcoming album Until the Quiet which is set for release at the start of October. The record is, amazingly, only his fourth studio album.
