Hands up who wants to know what it’s like to be at a hip hop festival in the Czech Republic? Hopefully a few of you, because Hip Hop Kemp is celebrating its 10th anniversary this August.

Held at Hradec Kralove, one of the Czech Republic’s oldest cities, Hip Hop Kemp is a pretty big show. This year’s line-up includes Mos Def, the legendary Madlib, boogie-funk pioneer Dam-Funk, Beat Junkies, Danny Brown, Foreign Beggars, Jean Grae, and so many more.

The other great thing about hanging out at a rap festival in Eastern Europe is the fact that you’ll get a showcase of a bunch of local acts too.

All you have to do is buy a ticket and hop on a train for an hour and a half east of Prague and you’ll be in hip hop heaven – in the middle of Eastern Europe. Not bad.
