Thanks to Mr Clint Eastwood’s bizarre speech at the final night of the Republican National Convention, Invisible Obama has become one of the fastest created memes ever.
Eastwood made a rambling speech which was oddball enough, but then he sporadically spoke to an empty chair that apparently had President Obama sitting there (Eastwood made up all his responses on his behalf, obviously, as the chair was empty).
So was it a serious speech or stand-up? Was it a subversive move to make Republicans look foolish and actually sway people towards voting for Obama / the Democrats? Who knows.
All we know for sure is that Invisible Obama’s Twitter feed is one of the silliest on record.
Our favourite Tweets so far are “Someone should tell Marco Rubio he’s standing on my foot right now” and “You can’t follow what you can’t see”.
Hop to it, this one will have a short life-span.
