Huge news, Jeffrey Campbell fans. The shoe superstar has just released his autumn/winter 2012 lookbook and it is chockers with the kind of style we’ve all grown to expect from him.
It’s loud, gaudy and there are serious platforms. We’re talking moonboot-style height. There are a few takes on the Mary Jane, some biker boots and outer-space wedges, but we’re mostly pleased with the few flats that JC has included.
The brogue-style patent numbers are by far our favourite. And we were also happy to see that he’s gone easy on the over-done Lita style from the past few seasons. (We’re guessing it’s partly because the label has created every version possible, and partly because they have been copied so many times.)
So if you’re steady on stilts, you’ll be able to wear just about every pair of shoes in this collection.
