Jimmy Kimmel is a pretty endearing TV host (you’re still number one though, Jimmy Fallon!) but if you team him up with kids – that’s a recipe for adorable.

Recently Kimmel started a bit in which he hooks up children to a pretend lie-detector. It’s essentially a colander with some lights attached, but kids will believe just about anything, hey. Teamed up with his right-hand man, the Truth Fairy, Kimmel attached a few bits and bobs to his subjects and then pretty much just messes with their minds. Luckily he knows the exact balance between teasing and being cruel, so the whole thing is priceless. Check it out:
