Married to the MOB (aka Most Official Bitches) has gone through a lot of changes since its inception back in 2004. But this season founder Leah McSweeney has really brought the label back to its roots.
The range for summer 2012 is made up of basic tee-shirts with MOB’s trademark sassy slogans. The bright colours, the logo rips, and the cheeky phrases all hark back to the original version of MOB – a label created for girls who wanted to have their own version of street-inspired attire.
This season there are fewer images, but much more words – and a very retro-styled vibe. Recurring themes include marijuana leaves, dollar signs, Coca Cola ribbon script, shamrocks, bows and even a take on the super-famous ‘Nevermind the Bollocks…’ lettering.
