There’s something lad-ish about Mishka that should get old, but never does. The clothes and the lookbooks really celebrate that semi-new phenomenon that is the manchild.
The NYC-based brand’s latest collection – for fall 2012 – is full of attire for slightly overgrown teenagers. Lots of spray jackets, camouflage, flat-brim caps, Letterman jackets, bandanna fabrics and slogan tee-shirts.
As always, the collection is heavy on that ‘80s skate culture inspired bloodshot eyeball logo and, since it’s getting cooler in the USA, there are even some pom-pom beanies for the gents.
It takes a real man to wear a pom-pom.
