Nasty Gal debut collection

Nasty put some clothes on.

Nastygal1-detail_full_for_exchange

Nasty Gal has been many a clever online shopper’s go-to spot for some years now, but now the store has taken a big leap and created its very own in-house label.

Nasty Gal fall 2012 – called Weird Science – is the debut collection and it reflects perfectly the store’s overall style in which the future and the retro mix together for a very playful look.

There are saucy cut-out body-con dresses, huge fringed cardigans, over-sized knitted sweaters, sheer moto-jackets, tasseled short-shorts – everything has that fun and slightly over-the-top Nasty Gal touch.

Here’s what the gang had to say about their very first line: “Inspired by everything from ’80s bondage wear to corrupted computer files, the limited edition dresses are hacked and fused with metal, while moto jackets get unexpected twists like mesh panels and knee-grazing fringe.”
