Pretty much everybody agrees that the least fun part about travelling is the actual transit. The faffing around at airports, the being stuck in line for hours on hours, and… the airplane food.
Fear not, friends. Because if you are made of money (ie: can fly first class) you can have desserts made by Pierre Hermé – the Picasso of Pastries according to French Vogue, man famous for his macarons, the youngest person ever named France's Pastry Chef of the Year.
All Nippon Air has apparently enlisted Hermé to make desserts for their first-class passengers and we are well jealous. Sure beats that weird rice pudding we always seem to get on flights.
