We’ve all had one of those days. One of those days when you just want to kick stuff and break stuff – when simply taking a few deep breaths just won’t cut it.

Zach Prewitt has made an awesome supercut of some of cinemas best temper tantrums. There are rooms totally trashed, restaurants destroyed, phones smashed, and lots of swearing.

We’re pretty glad that Kristen Wiig’s flip out in Bridesmaids gets a good look-in, but the best pretty much has always been Cameron’s slightly reserved tantrum in Ferris Bueller. Poor Cameron.
