For anybody who knows Twin Peaks, you will be well aware that the Black Lodge is not somewhere you’d usually like to visit.

(For those who don’t know a lot about David Lynch’s Twin Peaks, the Black Lodge is an extradimensional place in which the Red Room lies. Basically, it’s a place where really bad and scary stuff happens.)

Good news is that Berlin’s Black Lodge is not going to have you seated next to a creepy dwarf who speaks and walks backwards. (Probably.) It does boast some of the same interiors ofits namesake though – a black and white checkered floor and red velvet curtains, for example.

Luckily they also serve affordable and delicious cocktails as well as all the beer and wine you could ask for.
