The Monster Burger

At Smokey’s, West Midlands, England.

You know those urban myth burgers? The ones that are so ridiculous and revolting that you’re kind of convinced they’re not real?

We have news for you: everything is possible, and sometimes the more ridiculous, the more determined people are to make it possible.

That’s how we feel about the Monster Burger from a diner called Smokey’s in Walsall (West Midlands, England). This burger lives up to its name, it’s huge and terrifying.

Here’s the rundown: it contains three pounds (1.3 kilos) of beef, 12 slices of bacon, 12 slices of cheese and 12 onions rings all on one gigantic bread bun.

The owners of Smokey’s are pretty sure that the Monster Burger is the biggest burger served in a diner in all of Europe.

We’re not surprised about that, but we are feeling a little nauseated.

But strangely hungry at the same time. What’s that mean?

Smokey’s is at 26-27 Station Street, Walsall, WS2, England.
