Crave

The Thirsty Crow, Los Angeles

Dive right in.

Thirstycrow-detail_full_for_exchange

What’s not to like when a dimly lit dive bar has an epically good value happy hour? Nothing, that’s what.

The Thirsty Crow is in Silver Lake (which people like to say is a little hipster-ish) and serves some really cheap drinks. It’s a little dingy and would probably be described as a dive bar, but when the bar staff is super-cute and friendly, and there’s some very good people-watching to do, it’s totally worth it.

Highly recommended by everybody is the Mint Julep – but be warned it’s a strong drink in normal life, so with the American “free pour” system, this can be like three drinks in one.

The Thirsty Crow is at 2939 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles.
