The xx new album

Called Coexist.

Thexx-detail_full_for_exchange

The ever-popular British band The xx has finally announced a follow-up album to their debut XX.

The band hasn’t released anything since 2009 but Coexist is due to drop on September 10th in the UK and September 11th in the USA. We’re really looking forward to more of their atmospheric, haunted, but enchanting tunes.

They said “After a long time on the road, we took a break, created our own studio and wrote these new songs that we’re so looking forward to playing to you.”

They’ve been playing a bunch of new material during their current tour, so if you can’t wait until September to hear it you can travel all over the place to hear some of it. They’re currently touring everywhere from Italy to Hungary to Canada, Croatia, the States and back again.

More here.
