It hasn’t been too long since Theophilus London’s last release. Last year there was the Lovers Holiday EP, Timez Are Weird These Days – his first debut album – then there was the remix version, and now a new mixtape.

This one is called Rose Island Volume One and includes a bunch of pretty impressive collaborations with A$AP Rocky, Sade (Sade!), Mark Ronson and London’s ex-tourmate, OutKast’s Big Boi.

We especially like his cover of the legendary Wang Chung’s ‘Dance Hall Days’. It’s always nice to see an artist really embrace a classic from another genre, and another era.
