As if New York needs any other reasons to make us want to visit. This is just getting ridiculous. Stop showing off, NYC!
The Wythe Hotel opened up very recently and it looks incredible – super glam, but with an ever-so-slightly grimy edge. Its attitude mostly comes from the fact that it’s riverside in Williamsburg (NYC’s version of Fitzroy/Surry Hills/hipster hang-out) and is decorated in a luxe, but not hoity-toity way. We want to move in.
The room options are fabulous – not just options for queen and king rooms, but four person and six person rooms, as well as four different loft accommodations.
The hotel was a textile factory that was built in 1901 as a cooperage and has now been totally transformed into a 72 room hotel that also contains two restaurants and the option for private dining.
And it looks like heaven.
The Wythe Hotel is at 80 Wythe Ave at N 11th Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.
