You guys already know that our favourite price is free. (We’re not tight-arses, we’re just clever travellers.) So if you’re on a bit of a budget in New York City, you should spend an evening at Zebulon.

This little bar on Wythe Ave (a little off the main drag of Bedford Ave in Williamsburg) has great happy hour prices, super-friendly staff, plus every night there’s free live music.

Just keep in mind that if you want a seat or a good viewing spot, you might have to get there kind of early – depending on the performer, this place can get super-duper busy.

(Extra tip: if you head down at sunset, walk an extra block to Kent Ave for a great view of the Manhattan skyline. Your Instagram mates will be envious.)
