My in-laws use their credit card for nearly everything & just wondering whether or not we would be able to use the points to get cheaper flights even though the card is in their name? How much cheaper would the flights be? Any other info would be greatly appreciated!

I’m sure someone at some point has posted this before, but I thought I would throw it up again anyway. For all of you with laptops, Iphones or anything wifi, finding a hotspot in Europe can sometime be tough. This website should be able to help you out. Enjoy.

hey everyone i was just wondering if anyone could tell me what optionals are avaliable on the Euro Highlights trip and how much each of them cost.. im thinking of going next year and i need to know how much to save i want to do all the optionals possible because after reading the discussions it seems like they are great fun!

Hello ! My partner and I are planing to do a trip next year most prob the camping tour. I would just love some advice on the tours as I have read lots of bad reviews. Has anyone done a contiki and a top deck and could ne one give me advice on which ones beter.thankyou

Hi guys, we need to be at LAX for our flight around 4ish in the morning and want to know the best way to get there.
I’ve seen there is a supershuttle but that doesnt start until 6am. I was considering the train, but is that safe? Otherwise we are looking at about $80-$90 for a taxi, is that right?

Heya People
I am doing the escapade in October 07 and just want to see if anyone has done this tour and whether you liked it or not, am going by myself and never been overseas so this is all new so the more advice I receive the better!!! A question to anyone knowledgeable about the GB & SI tour. I’m just going for the SI leg of the tour, and my flight is arriving mid-morning for the pre-departure day that we spend in Dublin. I was wondering if anyone knows a) around what time the Montrose will let you check in or b) if I can/should call ahead to request an early check in. I really don’t want to be lugging my suitcase around with me when I’m exploring the city that morning!

Hey,
I’m doing LA Explorer then LA to the Bay…Is the Super Shuttle the best way to get from LAX to the Kyoto Grand Hotel? What have other people done to get from the airport to the hotel?
I looked on google maps and it said it was about 1hour 30mins away, so I’m thinking a cab would be too pricey. Any other ideas or ways people have gone? When I looked on the website, it said it cost like $16 for the Super Shuttle, which I think is good.

If not, Can anyone who’s been on a winter Europe tour recommend what I def should be taking with me.
I’m doing the Euro Magic tour, so it’s not a v long tour (9 days ) over Dec-Jan.

Hey, I have booked my first contiki tour July 10 this year doing the Spanish spree. I am going to do it with my good friend. I just really wanted to get some feedback from people who have done the tour previously?
I love to party and have a good time so this is mainly why i picked this tour, plus it is the only tour doing Ibiza!!

My luggage is 25″×24″×12″ Will this be a huge problem? Should i get new luggage? I leave in a few days and any advice would be totally appreciated.

I’m going on the European Highlights tour and will be in Munich for one day. I know the tour is going to take us to Dachau Concentration Camp and I would really like to see that. However, I would also REALLY like to see the Neuschwanstein Castle. Is that even possible on this tour? Is there any chance the bus driver could be convinced to take us there?? I would think a lot of people would be interested, and the tour itself is only 30 minutes long. Only problem is, it’s 2 hours from Munich. Please let me know!!!

Hi guys…
Anyone who’s been on a concept/budget tour can help me out with this one…
I’ve read that sleeping bags are not included in your weight limit, so I take it this means our sleeping bags don’t go into our suitcases and we just carry them around separately. Is this correct? Do they get thrown into the luggage compartment on the bus or do we store them on the bus under our seats?

Looks like there is lots of ‘sightseeing’ in the trip descriptions.
For those of you you have done a Contiki, is this ‘sightseeing’ anything special or any good or am i better off just going and doing my own thing? it seems like it might take up alot of the free time in some cities.

I was just wondering if anyone (or anyone you know) has done a trek america tour and a contiki tour, and if so which one did you prefer? I’ve only recently come across contiki and the tours to the USA look good. The reason I’m asking is earlier this year I did a trek with Trek America and was really unhappy with the trek leader that we got. He kind of made my trek a crap experience. He seemed to have an attitude problem, spoke and treated me like a piece of crap, at least 2 other girls thought he hated them aswell. Then on the last night when we were in Vegas, a english guy who was always being bossy to the leader told him to put what was left of the food kitty on the table and gamble with it and he did!! I wasn’t there but an Australian girl wasn’t very happy about it. Has anyone had bad experience with trek America?

Ive heard that there is a place in LA, that sells designer clothes etc but they are either seconds or second hand. Its like a big warehouse type place. Anyone heard of it or been there before?

I would like to know the following:
Who does Contiki Use for Parts of the Vietnam Tours they fly between and also what kind of other transportation are used for the non air sectors.
It is first time in Vietnam having only learnt about it back in High School and seen it on Films as well so would like to know what to expect.It helps I have a Pilot Guides Video on Vietnam but want to know more
