I am trying to decide between camping and concept. just wondering are there allways showers available to you with camping and what happens when you are travelling solo, do you have a tent to yourself or do they bunk you with another solo traveler?

Hi all!
Common question I know but I’m undecided as to what sort of bag I should take…….
Expandable suit case? Or a large backpack?
I’m doing the Euro Escapade concept tour in July but afterwards I’m traveling through England, Scotland and Thailand.
I’m leaning towards a backpack as it seems easier to carry, but a suit case you can wheel around………
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Does anyone know the best power adapter/plug for Europe? I’m traveling from Canada and not sure which one will let me recharge my digital camera battery and phone.

Is May a good time to do the “reefs and rainforest”? I’m trying to find out how is the weather but it seems to be imposible! I don’t mind that it is 80F, I live in the Caribbean so it is an everyday temperature like that, even warmer! Please advice!!!!Thanks!!

I’m doing the Grand Adventurer Tour (reverse start Queenstown) and I’m excited about all of the tour options, but I’m interested if there’s time to do a round of golf? either an 18 or 9 hole 3par course. I just think it would be cool to say I played while I was there. Not that I golf well, but it’s one of those, “I did that,” moments.

Hi guys
Just after some confirmation. I am looking to do the Ultimate Euro next year and am needing some help about the amount of the food fund. On the website it gives the amount as $129 but the brouchure says approx $1000.Any advice as to correct amount would be much appreciated.

Hi everyone,
Heading on European Whirl in August. We’re travelling from Australia and having a sleeping bag is going to be a pain and lugging it around especially after tour. How many nights do we need it for? Some people say don’t bother as it will be summer but want some advice from people who have been on Contiki in August and know the accommodation we stay in.

Hi, I get free travel insurance because of the type of bank account I have. They advise me to print off the certificate and details from the bank’s website which I have.
My certificate has my policy number and says it’s proof of my contract of travel insurance with the bank but it doesnt have any personal info about me like my name. Does this matter??? Its one of those policies I can use as often as I like for trips no longer than 30 days.
I hope it doesnt matter that it doesnt have my name on it. Any opinions or suggestions? thanks

I am doing the Ultimate European Starting March 28th and am wondering what temperatures I should expect? Most tours I have been reading about are Summer ones, not Spring. If anyone has done this tour at this time and can help me out with what I should pack it’d be great. Thanks.

Hi everyone,we will be flying out from Heathrow airport at 12.30pm on a Saturday and was just wondering what is the easiest and quickest way to get from the Royal National Hotel or Russell Square to Heathrow Airport.and how much time to allow to get therewould it be better to book a transfer or brave the rush hour & take the tubeAny information is greatly appreciated Thanks.

Hi guys. I’m heading to America in a month for 8 weeks and am looking to take a credit card as my main form of money whilst over there. I’m also considering the Travelex Cash Passport but overall it seems a bit pricey.
Wizard Clear Advantage Card seems to have the best reviews and I was approved online for that today but was just wondering if anyone else has found a better card?
Just trying to look at all the options so avoid hefty fees for withdrawing money. I’d appreciate any advice anyone has to offer. Thanks!
