Hello All,
I took the Eastern Road Tour in July 2006 and loved every minute of it!!! It was wonderful!! I would love to take another tour in the summer of 2008. Just wondering what you would suggest?
Maybe these will help with your suggestions….
I’ve already been to Ireland and of course Berlin, Vienna, Prague/Budapest (would love to go again!!!), Warsaw and Krakow.
I’m a teacher so I have all of June and July off.
I will be 31 in June 2008.
I think I would rather stay in hotels or nice hostels than camping.
Thanks for any adivce!!!
Jamie

Hey all…
Just curious as to if anyone has done the Grand Canadian and remembers which hotels they stayed in on the Toronto and Niagara Falls stops?
I live in Ontario and am hoping to meet up with some friends who are going on this trip later this year….

This is probably going to sound completely stupid… but this little fear popped into my head and asking about it is what the forum is for… soooo…
i’ve been planning on taking a few hundred euros with me, and then withdraw the rest of an ATM. this is all fine and dandy, but then i started reading about ATM’s on the forum and noticed everyone was talking about withdrawing cash from a visa or mastercard debit card!
i had just planned on using my regular ol’ debit card (it has cirrus on the back so i thought it was good to go). i’ve even made a second debit card in case a machine eats one…
am i missing something? or can i go ahead with my original plan? which one is better?

Hey guys, im 25 from Aus. & are gonig on the European Whirel on 29th June next year.
I’ve been told they are very early starts the next morning at like 6:30am to jump back onto bus???
I was wondering on an 18 day tour (Euro Whirl), how many days do you actually get to sleep in & not meet early for the bus the next morning? A few hangovers will need to be nursed thats all.
Haha.

I had ordered a suitcase from Walmart.com at the very beginning of August for my tour that departs on 9/5, and it finally arrived today. Well, it’s damaged and I don’t have enough time to order another online and the only one arrival in the store in my price range is 29″×19.5″×14″. Do you think that would be OK?

Hi all,
I’m a first time traveler heading on the European Discovery on the 13th of Dec. I’m in london for a few days before and would like some suggestions or comments about places to stay there? backpackers, hotels or whatever. trying to go cheap, but not dingey or too centered on drinking drinking and more drinking (though i am up for some of that!).
Cheers

Hi
I am considering doing the Grand Northern and Grand Southern Tours around May June of 2008.
Wondering if you can travel both directions on both tours?
Wanting to know if the hotels supply sampoo soap etc. Also is there the opportunity for swimming on either of these tours? as not to sure if its worth packing togs.
Cheers Rachel

I tried the search engines and contikipedia but couldn’t find anything specific.
I would like to know if there are any safes or anything like that to lock your valuables up when you’re not in your room? I am doing the European Escapade by the way. Thanks
