Hi guys, under the Euro Discovery Trip on the Contiki website there is a bicycle tour under the optional extra`s for Munich.
However when i received my documents from Contiki last week, there is no optional bike tour for Munich.
I just want 2 know if there will be a bike tour. I am on the 24 June – 5 July 2008 Euro Discovery.

Hi I am from Brisbane Australia and planning to take a contiki trip through Europe and was just thinking about how much money I will need to save airfares, insurance, tour, spending money etc. anyone know a ballpoint figure?

Hi. I am trying to check in for my tour which is in Australia and it keeps asking for my passport number but I dont have one as I am an Australian citizen and don’t need a passport. Can someone give me some help in what to do? Please

we meet up with everyone on our tour the night before we leave don’t we?
i’m going on european escapade and was wondering if anyone knew roughly what time the meeting is and what is involved?
i fly into at heathrow at midday the day before my tour, so i know i have plenty of time, i was just curious?

it seems all the tours start 4th or 5th of sept 
i want to make to a friends 21st before i head on my trip so i might have to meet the tour a day late.

Hi,
I am booking the Turkish Delight tour for October and was wondering if I need to get a Visa to go into Turkey. Just wondering if any Australian’s have done this tour recently and if they needed a Visa.
I’ve looked around and asked some people but have gotten mixed comments.

Hey guys,
I will be on the Tuscany tour leaving on July 14. I had contiki arrange for a transfer at the airport in Rome to the hotel. Does anyone know where they meet you and how they do so. Does the driver have a sign, etc?

Hi 2 years ago I went to California with Trek America and then last year went to Canada with Moose Travel. Now I want to to go to NZ. I may get 3 weeks to 1 month off. Anyway I want to plan ahead and will be going next year probs after our summer. Is October/ Nov a good time to go or is there a good time to go?
Also what can you tell me about Contiki? I am 33 but look about 24 (my fellow travellers last year were shocked to find out my real age) Also I’m up for most things. All I ask for is the odd night off the drinking. Ive looked at other companies but the people there seem to just want to get smashed and have sex every night. I want to have fun in the evenings but also want to appreciate NZ. Is Contiki a good move? And am I picking the best time of year.
I need to plan now so I can get the time off work and I can book flights and start to pay/ save for it.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard from some people that the pick pockets in Italy are really bad. And that many people have had their wallets stolen.
Is this true? Is crime really that bad in Italy and Greece?

I’m leaving in a couple of days and wanted to know how big/small your carry on should be. I know it says 12 lbs. but can anyone tell me dimensions of a bag they’ve taken as carry on?

Does anybody know if white water rafting, tandem paragliding and biking are ALL offered for trips visiting the Austrian Tyrol? I’m thinking of doing either Road to Rome or European Discovery.
Also, I read somewhere that white water rafting starts in May. Is that true? No rafting in April?
