Hi All,
I have from the 3rd of Sept 2010 to the 5th of Aug 2010 free to do a contiki in EU.
I am having a hard time trying to choose a contiki trip even after reading some reviews.. I really want to go on a trip that has a bit of sight seeing but more partying than anything else.
I am travelling to EU again next year so i figure ill do more sight seeing stuff than.
Can anyone recommend a trip to me?
Thanks
Steve

Hey everyone!
I was just watching Getaway (a travel show in Australia), and I saw that at the AJ Hackett bungy jumping place in Queenstown they have an activity called the Nevis Arc.
I know Contiki offer the Nevis Bungy as an option but I was wondering if you could do the Nevis Arc instead? It seems a bit less scary!
Thanks! ![]()

Hi guys.. first time user of this message board to bear with me! and any replies would be great :-)
I am not 18 until october so i cant go on a trip any earlier than then but i REALLY want to go to Egypt and am considering the nov. departure. i have read a lot of peoples’ opinions that travelling solo is a great and fantastic experience but would you recommend it for someone my age? i really want to go solo, none of my friends want to go to egypt let alone have the money and i am ready to go so i sort of have no option BUT to travel solo if i went. and for somewhere like egypt would you need a lot of spending money? and just another quick question.. who do you meet up with once you arrive at the airport of your destination? is a contiki rep there or something to meet u? thank you!

Did anybody actually use a sim from Gosim.com. How easy was it to use? will u get it before leaving for Europe? Seriously thinking of buying one…

Is there a meeting spot in the airport or do you have to find your own way to a certain area and when it’s time to head back home…are you taken back to the airport?

I’m doing the European Discovery in June by myself, I really want to go see a show like the moulin rouge. How late can you leave a booking? I don’t want to get there and it be sold out!
Thanks,
Emma.

I was wondering if postage stamps in Australia are the same as the USA. If so, is it better to buy them there? Also, how much postage is needed to send a postcard into the USA? Another question, is the camera film sold in Australia the same as in the USA? If I purchased camera film in Australia, would I be able to devolop my photos at home in the USA?

I’ll be spending three days in London in just over a week and will be staying at the Royal National, and have found a million things I want to see and do in London during the day, but I’m not sure about the evenings.
A lot of the touristy places close around 6pm, but it won’t get dark for a while afterward and I was wondering if people know of any places to visit in the evening (excluding bars/pubs/clubs; I’m thinking more along the lines of museums, art galleries, historic buildings, etc.)
Thoughts?

I’m booked onto the 25 of June European Highlights tour, so it’s going to be warm in Europe, and I’m planning on taking several dresses to wear during the day, and out at night. They’re all fairly casual, but a couple have slightly more full knee length skirts. My question is, am I going to look out of place in Europe if I’m in dresses and not shorts or pants?
