Travelling with Contiki in Asia isn’t like other tours. They’re different. Here’s why.

Mix of ways to get around
In Asia, we don’t just travel in a coach. You’ll experience lots of different angles on this destination with over 10 different modes of transport giving you the best of both worlds. Mix it with the locals on shorter journies & take private, more comfortable transport on the longer routes, getting you there faster, with more free time in the places that count.

Quality accommodation.
Our Asia hotels are always comfortable & often have great facilities like pools & WiFi. They’re also central – so you’ll have more time exploring &less time travelling. Rooms are for 2, so there’s plenty of space & if you’re a couple, you’ll never share with anyone else. We also look after solo travellers. If you’re travelling solo, we can match you with another solo traveller (same sex) for no extra cost. Or, if you prefer a room to yourself, we can arrange that for you too, for a small supplement.

Authentic
We include some special stopovers , like locally owned & run guesthouses in Sapa, Pakbeng & the Mekong Delta. There’s also a fantastic overnight experience onboard a traditional Chinese junk boat on Halong Bay.

The perfect group size
We average 25 in a group on Contiki Asia, meaning it’s small enough for a more intimate, ‘real’ Asian experience, but large enough to meet plenty of other 18-35 year old travellers to
hang out with.

Make a difference
Wherever we can, Contiki supports community projects in the areas we visit. Like visiting an orphanage or eating at restaurants that train street kids in hospitality.
