Contiki Meetups

I'm doing the England and Scotland tour as well as the 3 day London Explorer as an add on. I just tried to join the meetups for both tours but it only lets me join for the London Explorer and doesn't even have the option for me to join the England and Scotland meetup. The England and Scotland is my main tour that I will be on so I'd really like to be a part of that meetup! Can anyone that knows what I'm talking about help? :)
