Hi Nene, Thank you sooo much for your reply :) It's very helpful and I'd rather hear your opinion than the flight agents :P I was also wondering if their is a lot of opportunities for going out during the night? Are the people on the group, generally speaking, more interested in the sight seeing or partying hahaha I ask because the only tour I've done was topdeck last year and it was a go-go-go trip with a drink (or two) everynight. However I know a couple that did another topdeck tour, and they said their one was more adventurous (with rock climbing, hiking, etc) rather than clubs and dancing. I'm so worried I'm going to do another trip and not enjoy it as much as I did the first. I'm so sorry for the questions but you seem so travelled with a lot of information haha Apart from this tour, is their any other trip you would recommend around the end of the year? Hi, sorry but for some reason the discussion wont let me ad a reply, but I still wanted to answer your questions, anyway, i wouldn't worry too much about being fit. This is the best tour if you're not too athletic because you only do the last 12 ks of the inca trails. There were a few ppl on our tour that were really out of shape and struggled, but they have 3 guides on the trail, one to stay at the front with the show offs and one for the back stragglers and one in the middle, and you can stop as often as you need. The altitude is a hard thing to get used to, my tip for that would be just to not think about it! half the illness is in your head! So if you just take it easy you'll be right. If you are really worried you could start now just doing a little light cardio exercise, it will get your lungs and heart used to the idea of pumping loads of oxyegyn!! Spending money, i took 3000 and only spent 2500. I did spend a lot though, like i said earlier, peru is so cheap, and you spend half your holiday there so its hard to spend too much money. I did topdeck through europe too and I say it is a very different group....the group is no more than 30 , we started with only 28. And the reason why i say it gets bigger and smaller (the group) because the 28 day tour is really 2 tours, and the first of those tours has 3 parts to it, so you can choose to do just the first, second or third bit, or just the first and second, or just the 3rd, or you can do just the 2 weeks in peru or the whole 28 days! So we started with 28 people, then in Cusco we got 6 extra people, then 4 left after macchu picchu, then another 12 left after lima, then the next half of the tour (argentina and brazil) there was only 12 of us and 15 of the new people only doing the second tour. So the tour changes people all the time, we only had 17 people go all the way through. Okay, I think that's all your questions, let me know if you have any more :)
