Florence to Pisa?
I'm doing the European discovery tour in January and if there is one thing I do kinda wish I could see that isn't on the itinerary it is the Leaning tower of Pisa.. The tour spends one night in Florence so I'm just wondering if it is possible to get from Florence to Pisa easily and quickly? They look kinda close on the map... but it may be pretty difficult, I'm not sure lol... Anyway, has anyone had the same idea? Has is worked? And have you been able to fit in the sights of Florence and Pisa?? THANKYOU! :)

What not to miss on my tour???
Hey, I'm doing the European Discovery next January and am just wondering what people thought were the highlights and best things to do on the trip... (the optionals and things in your free time). Do you find any really cool things to see that aren't really well known about or in the travel guides that you want to share?? I am hoping that I can find some really nice spots to eat local cuisine and experience the local culture!! Also, if there is anything else that is a MUST DO, please share! I know there is gonna be some awesome stuff to do! :) Cheers guys! For those of you that went on a different tour, the discovery goes to: Amsterdam, Rhine Valley, Munich, Innsbruck, Venice, Rome, Florence, Lucerne and Paris... So if you have anything to share, please do!!

Laptop, tablet, iPad??? HELP lol
Hi guys! I've recently been thinking about what is best to take on the tour? I'm obviously taking my camera and I'm thinking I want something that I can back my photos up on to during the tour in case the worst was to happen and I lost/broke the camera! Have any of you past travelers got any advice on what is best to take in the was of laptop/tablet/iPad? I'm thinking that my laptop is way too bulky to carry around with me, but I have no idea about tablets and iPads and which is the best, easiest or convenient?? Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated! Cheers :)

Booking confirmation?
Hey guys, I recently booked a tour through my travel agency for Jan 2014.. (I know I'm planning pretty early, but now I get the early bird specials :P ). I have paid for it in full and have all my invoices from the travel agents but I haven't received any confirmation of booking from Contiki or the travel agency. I spoke to my agent and she said it was because I hadn't booked my flights yet (As the dates I want are not available yet) and that once I have booked my flights I would get confirmation?? Anyone else had the same problem or know if that is right?? Anyway, I have plenty of time to find out but you know what they say about curiosity!! Thankyou! :)
