My name is Jess and I'm a pretty new traveller. I have been overseas only once, but the experience was so amazing that I've been driven to go as many places and experience as many different cultures as I can! I'm really interested in travel (obviously hehe!), music, reading, playing computer games and hanging out with friends and family among other things. :) At the moment I'm currently saving to do 'The Big Chill' in a couple of years time, it looks amazing and I can't wait to go! As for where I've been... I did a 2 week long school exchange program which sent me to France where I lived with a French family and experienced the culture very in-depth. We also went over the border to Belgium for a day which was lovely. I've also been to Kuala Lumpur, if you count being there for 4 hours at the airport! The main highlights of the trip were definitely Paris, Versailles, the WW1 battlefields and eating all the amazing food, such as my all-time favourite pain au chocolat! If you have any questions about France at all, don't hesitate to ask me, I'm more than happy to share my experiences! :) If anybody could give me any advice about long European trips, such as what to pack and see, I would love that! :)
