I took this trip during my summer (winter down under) break (perks of being a teacher) and I can not think of a more amazing way to spend part of my break. I met some really amazingly wonderful people, and was happily surprised to see that I was nowhere near the only solo traveler on the trip. There were a few minor glitches at the start of the trip but after that it was all smooth sailing. Just a word about the sailing option, its amazingly intense! You will spend two nights on a really big sail boat which in their summer I imagine to be lovely. I was there in the winter and we endured really strong winds, rain and really big swells. I would not change a thing about it, however I would have appreciated a heads up about what we might encounter. That said, I can not recommend this tour highly enough!
