The Expedition
10 countries \ 21 days \ from US$2245 per person
As a rule, camping is a relaxing holiday, but the 21 day Expedition tour takes relaxation to another level. All the big cities are covered with two night stops, giving you time to get there and have a full free day in the actual city rather than just driving past it. There really is something for everyone on this tour; swim in the Mediterranean on the French Riviera, visit the gorgeous medieval city of Prague and drink beer with Germans in Munich, home of the Oktoberfest.
Thoughts/Experiences on Camping Tours?
This year i completed a concept tour (European Whirl), which i loved! However, i have recently booked a camping tour (The Expedition Dept. July 24th 2013). I was just wondering, for those that have done a camping tour, what they thought of the experience. I've heard there are a lot more solo travellers on camping tours, and that they are generally a more party orientated group.. Would love any opinions/thoughts!! :)
The Easy Rider
11 countries \ 32 days \ from US$2715 per person
The 32 day Easy Rider tour covers everywhere you absolutely HAVE to go in Western Europe and more! One of the only tours to stay in Pamplona where the famous Running of the Bulls occurs, stop in Sorrento on the picturesque Amalfi Coast AND spend four nights on the Greek island of Corfu. Pitching your tent and helping out with meals in such scenic locations will make your weekend camping trips seem almost second rate in comparison.

The Big Chill
19 countries \ 46 days \ from US$3667 per person
Go everywhere, all at once, without spending your life savings! This is where it all began for Contiki, a bunch of friends, travelling to amazing places and having a great time while getting there. This tour heads south to Spain, East to Turkey and Bulgaria, winds along the Dalmatian Coast, up to Prague and Amsterdam. No stone is left unturned! Camping is all about getting in and helping out which is what makes it so much fun.
The Easy Roller
7 countries \ 19 days \ from US$1618 per person
If you like fun in the sun, this tour is for you! Start off in the 'Eternal City' of Rome before heading over to Greece for 4 amazing days on the island of Corfu. Cruise up the Adriatic for a taste of Italy in Venice, then roll through the Alps in Austria, Germany and Switzerland before finishing with a bang in Amsterdam. What better way to see the world than the original Contiki way - just you, a bunch of new friends, a tent and a taste for adventure!
