Shoes?
Hi, I'm travelling right around Europe from the start of October to the start of December (eastern Europe, western Europe, Spain/Portugal). I need some advice on what 'comfortable walking shoes' people took. Runners? Hiking boots? Street shoes? Advice from Aussies would be appreciated so I can find whatever shoes you mention here in Melbourne :) Cheers!

Winter jacket for Europe!
Hi all, I was hoping for some advice about a recommended winter jacket to purchase for my Europe trip from early Oct to early Dec this year (covering most parts of Europe). Being an Aussie, I struggle when the weather gets below 10C! So advice from fellow Aussies who've been to Europe would be appreciated! Has anyone got any recommendations for me? I want something lightweight, breathable, waterproof and warm. Was thinking Columbia's Triple Trail. Any thoughts? I need to either be able to buy it online, or instore here in Aus. Cheers, Clare
