It might be worth noting I live in south jersey not far from the ocean/shore. I'm about 7 minutes drive to Long Beach Island, 35 to Ocean City, 35 to Seaside Heights and whatever else, i'm in Manahawkin, N.J. It's a pretty fun vacation spot during the summer. My house is huge and visitors here are even encouraged.
