'Shout' app for the iPhone

I have the 'Shout' app for the iPhone and accidentally made a few posts in the Shout tab. Does anyone know how to remove these posts?

    LOL!!! we are all pretty much linked now anyway, well you are living over there I could have flown in on the day of the tour but there was no way I was being awake all night then starting the tour given the time difference which isn't much but when you fly at night leave at midnight arrive at 5am and need to complete a full day, I would be dead on my feet.
