Celebrate the New Year on the Mississippi River from the decks of the Creole Queen Paddlewheel boat! Enjoy brilliant views of a midnight fireworks show and snack on a late night buffet which features traditional Southern foods. Open bar, DJ and champagne toast are also included. This optional is available for the following tours only: Grand Southern departing on 18 December 2009, Eastern Discovery departing on 18 December 2009 (if have yet departed as tour is completed)and Southern Adventure departing on 31 December 2009.

A tip for people looking for a decent coffee shop.. if you don't already know about it, you will because most Contiki travellers find out about it - its The Grasshopper. Ask a local and they should be able to tell you where to find it.
The trolley tour of Boston, offered as an optional, is the best way to see the entire city. Take it at your own pace, but I would suggest stopping off at the USS Constitution and Fenway.
