You'll stay in hillside lodges typical of the environment with all the facilities you require to be an adventurer but one who can still enjoy some comfort. Rooms are all twin-share, with communal facilities.

We know you need your fuel, so breafast, lunch and dinner is included for every day of your trek. You'll get a total of 6 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, all included.


Expert Trip Manager and Local Guides

You'll be safe in the hands of your experienced Local Guides, whose knowledge of Nepal will keep you enthralled throughout the duration of your trip. You'll also have porters - 1 for every 2 people, to carry your luggage from place to place.

Most of the trek you'll be on your trusty two feet, with your porters carrying your luggage. From Kathmandu to Pokhara you'll be in a private mini-van.

Do I need to train for this trek?

There is no training required for these treks, but you need to be of average fitness. Participants must be able to walk 5-7 hours per day (with frequent rest and photo stops). There will be a porter to carry your luggage, so you only need to carry your backpack and water bottle.

What do I need to pack?

While there will be porters to carry your luggage, there is a weight limit of 15kgs. You will require your own sleeping bag, towel and hiking boots - try to pack light with lots of layers. You can purchase hiking equipment in Kathmandu the night before the start of your trek. This is an option many hikers take so that they don’t need to travel with their hiking equipment if they are travelling before or after their trek. A suggested packing list is:

What will the weather be like?

The temperature will range from 10-20 degrees Celsius in the cooler months and 16-25 degrees Celsius in the warmer months. There are three seasons you will be able to trek in – Spring, Summer and Autumn.
