The overall set up of the trip and the sites seen were wonderful! I feel like I personally felt there was too much time in Barcelona, not enough time in Florence or Rome. There is so much to see and do in Rome and having two or three add ons in the one day makes it hard for solo exploring... The optional add on's were fantastic!

Accomodation and food was very average, more like cafeteria food. Most nights we spent our own money and ate out because When in Rome. The hostels could have been better and i would have rated the trip higher and even paid extra for better places. Got to see a lot of places but were very rushed.

I thought that more information could be given about how much time you got to spend at each place. Obviously not including circumstances out of our control, but there were things written down that we would get to 'see' but to me that would mean we would get to spend a meaningful amount of time there not just drive past on the bus. I know that a lot of the specific times were made on the day but I think this should be more emphasised when you get the itinerary after you book, you shouldn't just receive the same itinerary that is on the website. Otherwise I did love it and once I had gotten into the flow of the travel it was good, I made many new friends and got to see many places I would probably never have heard of.

Quest to Rome was the perfect taster of Europe. We saw amazing things and never wasted a minute. It was 2 and a half weeks of amazing food, beautiful scenery, and amazing people. It was my first time travelling solo and ended up being one of the best experiences of my life. Brit and David were AMAZING! They made our trip so memorable and easy, and the people I met on this trip will be friends for life. Quest to Rome has the perfect mix of beach days, city days, history, and scenery. Travel days on the coach were some of the best days and there was never a dull moment. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

My contiki leader Brit and driver David went above and beyond for our trip. They always have amazing knowledge. For example when we arrived in a place they gave us the important/exciting history and things to do. They also gave examples of restaurants, excursions and shopping. I never had any issues but I know other people did on the group. They addressed the issues head on and professionally. They made my trip 10/10. Brit also always had the best ideas such as I heart Roma shirt parties, as well as if she is going out to do something on free days invites who wants to join.

Great tour, stopped in a lot of amazing places. One thing I didn't know was that this tour is part of a modular tour with various different people stopping and starting. In a lot of ways this was great as you got to meet a lot of people but it would have been nice to stay and connect with the same people for the whole trip. I very much enjoyed the free time add ons (I did them all #noregrets), were well worth the extra money spent. I would have like to have stayed longer in a few places (Paris, Nice, Cinque Terre, Florence) but thats just the fast pace contiki taster style. My trip manager Brit and bus driver Dave were a dynamic duo who went above and beyond their duties to make everyone feel included and have the time of their lives. All in all my trip was absolutely amazing!

This trip was ideal in terms of length and destinations covered. I really liked that Contiki lived up to its motto of "no regrets" because we covered basically all of the main attractions at every place we went to. No other tour agency that I have travelled with has been able to do this nearly as well as Contiki has done. Keep it up!

If only there was more time, I don't think we could have possibly fit more experiences into the trip and I loved every minute of it.

The marketing is a bit sly, all the activities are made to seem like they are included however they are extra. Still an amazing trip though! Pretty good value for money and the pre-organised accomodation + transport is absolutely invaluable!!

The trip itself was amazing, great locations and awesome add on activities! Trip manager sold it quite well, almost everyone I spoke to didn’t have any issues with selecting all of them and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. As previously mentioned, the included meals were below average, I would be happy to pay extra and have decent meals or pay the same amount and have no included meals but perhaps an extra add on activity. Overall, aside from the food couldn’t fault this trip at all, absolutely loved it.

Firstly as I have written previously my contiki tour manager was a huge contributing factor! Making new friends as well. Our bus driver Marty was also played a huge part in why we had such a great time, giving us the best tours of cities and giving us extra time or the best views when he didn’t have to. Also the fact that everything was done for me and all I had to do was decide if I wanted to do it or not. Not haven done a contiki before I didn’t know what to expect, and after I’ve completed my contiki it has left me with great memories and wanting to book another one.
