Overall the trip was average. Good way to get places in south america and have certain things organized, however, there were a lot of disappointing things.
There was often long periods of time without food. On travel days they dont provide packed lunches which I think is shocking given the amount of time spent in airports. Often we would leave for the airport or optional extras early meaning we missed a decent breakfast. Some of the included dinners were average.
The accomodation in argentina was substandard. We were promoted a day trip to Uruguay, this was so expensive and was the most boring day of the trip. As a married couple we were often put in rooms with two single beds where other people on the tour were given doubles, some even kings if they had a room to themselves. The trip manager did nothing to try accommodate a change.
Trip manager, altho lovely, often left the group confused as he repeated himself multiple times in the same sentence. People got frustrated very quickly.
Overall, if you are nervous about traveling south america this is a okay option to consider. This tour is one the joins one that started earlier, and has another tour that joins in argentina, I know a few people were not aware of this until they started at various points on the trip.
