I’m planning on doing the European Panorama in May, and my cousin took the Ultimate European last summer and she did this and didn’t have a problem. But if you run out of space in your luggage can you add an extra small piece of luggage halfway through the tour? Because I have a set of luggage and I want to pack the smaller one inside the bigger one and separate them when I need too. Is this a big no-no or is it okay?

Can everyone list what they wouldn’t have been able to survive without….? I’m going on a 32 day camping trip of europe and i have a list that is way too long. Help me cut it back and tell me what i will need most?

Im a male going to whitsundays resort in january 22 2008. i will like to know if all the guest on the resort are all 18- 35 of age.. the reason is because i have been to the resort in BALI and MYKONOS are all 18-35..is the withsundays the same??? thanx let me know..

hi there everyone, my fiancee and i are interested in going on a contiki for our honeymoon but have had a couple of ppl wit negative feedback bout couples travelling via contiki. they have said its more of a single thing to do and not recommended for couples. was wondering if anyone out there could let me no wat its like etc we are looking at going in june/july next year. still havent decided on which tour cant decide lol. thanks for your time

Hi there!
I’m doing the Winter Wanderer trip that leaves on January 12th and I was wondering if there’s anyone else out there who is doing this trip? Also some advice of what Contiki is like during the winter would be much appreciated.
Another thing. I’ll probably have around $7,000AU to spend on the trip. Is this going to be sufficient spending money to have a good time? I’d also like to have a little bit left over so I can do some travel after.
Any opinions or advice would be much appreciated!

hey im from hamilton ontario canada about an hour outside of toronto i was wondering how much flights cost to go to sydney, my friend and i are looking into the reefs and rainforest tour for june maybe!

I am really confused as to whether I should take the Vista or Panorama trip for August this year.
Anyone else in/has been in the same boat regarding this choice? And if you have which one did you chose and why?
Panorama is more expensive but it is longer and includes Spain & Greece, which seems like a good pay off for the extra costs!

I hop on the
Gatwick Express to Victoria
Hop off
Hop on the Tube on the Victoria line (a short walk from the gatwick express stop)
Hop off at Greenpark
On to the Piccadilly Line to Russell Square
Hop off.

Hi everyone! I’ve booked for the European Discovery tour September 2nd 2007. I’m sooo excited, but I’ve been hearing a bit about tours getting cancelled 
My tour isn’t a guaranteed departure so I’m a bit concerned.
Does anybody know what happens if a tour is cancelled? Can we join another tour with approximately the same dates? (as these are the only days I can get off work). I’m anxious to get my flight booked but now I’m a bit worried.
Any advice would be much appreciated!!!

I want to go on the Southern Adventures (starting in LA) tour next year because I like the itinerary best out of all the tour companies. However, Contiki has a reputation (at least in Australia) as being a party tour where people just go to get drunk and hook up and not actually bother seeing the sites. I’m wondering if this is accurate or not?
I’m happy to have a few drinks but I don’t want to spend the tour too drunk to get out and see things (which for me, is the whole point).
Any comments?

Im going to be going on the European Experience at the beginning of August and was just wondering what the preferred payment method is for the optional extras? … Cash or can you pay with credit card/debit card? Just don’t really want to be carrying around bulk amounts of cash unnecessarily!!
Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated!

Should I take the Grand Explorer or the Grand Explorer Reverse?
How is the weather in NZ in July? Is it like European winter with lot´s of snow?
How long is a worth to stay in Auckland and Christchurch? More than 2 days?
Any suggestions about the flight connection from Germany to NZ?

Hey everyone! My husband and I are looking to book our first Contiki trip to Egypt this fall and were wondering if anyone knew the cost of traveller’s insurance for the 9 day tour. Anybody have positive or negative experiences with the insurance offered through Contiki?

Hi All,
I’m heading on a tour on Dec 29th I just want to know about bag restrictions. I know you can’t have a suitcase heavier than 20kg which is fine; but I’m going to have a carry on suitcase as well (small size) are we allowed to put these under the bus or carry them on board or is there a strict 1 suitcase per person only?
I did a tour in the US/Canada in 2007 and I had 2 suitcases both 20kgs in size and there were no issues putting them on the bus but I hear Europe is more strict about these requirments?

heya, a friend and i are going on the 32 day europe camping tour on June 10 (anyone else?) for the first time. anyone out there know the best way or places to get accomodation prior to departure and after return, we’re only looking at a couple of nights to get our acts together.

Hey.. I’m thinking about going on Contiki for the very first time. The thing is.. don’t you get tired of spending so much time at the bus? Do you spend much more time at the bus then visiting the cities?

Im looking at doing the spanish spree tour in August, and so am doing some reasearch with flights etc, and CANNOT find a flight that leaves Ibiza in the month of August. What am i doing wrong? Has anyone who is doing that tour booked their flights out of Ibiza already, and if so where did you find the flights?
