Become a contributor

The community contributor program is created for and written by you, our community of readers and writers. We want to give you the opportunity to share your travel stories and have your work published to a global audience of travel hungry readers.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a career as a travel writer, photographer or videographer, this is your chance to take those first steps. You don’t need an English degree, you don’t need an expensive camera or a one way ticket around the globe; you just need passion, drive, and talent.

What kind of content are we looking for?

We want stories, unique insider guides, travel hacks, and inspiration from around the world. We love words, photos, and especially videos (more on that below), and most of all we love content we haven’t read a million times before. So, if you’re a stickler for grammar, know how to string a sentence together and want to share your passion for travel with the world, we want to hear from you.

Calling all video creators…

Do you always travel with a camera in hand? Are you obsessed with capturing the destinations, experiences and people that make our world unique? Do you kind of know how to cut a video together? We want to hear from you. Show us what you’ve got by clicking here.

What’s in it for you?

In a word – opportunity. As well as looking pretty decent on a CV, getting your work published also means you automatically go into the running to win travel with Contiki. Every 3 months we reward the contributor who creates the biggest buzz with a free Contiki trip to anywhere they want to go in the world, plus flights. Pretty tasty, huh? And it doesn’t end there. As well as the chance to win travel, we also offer a rewards program for contributors who have their content published regularly. This could see you winning travel themed treats, experiences, and more.
